Known as one of the easiest mountains to climb, you can begin your journey at the Ben Lomond visitor centre. The lower parts of the Cutler Basin trail and North Fork Park may be dry in early season but the upper slopes will have snow. When we left the car park it was very warm, however sadly there was a thick cloud base from just over half way up the mountain.
